Our creating calm sessions are tailored to your individual needs to help you to unlock your mind and explore your feelings in a truly holistic way. Each session focuses on a theme of your choice, helping you to fully relax and heal from any blocked emotions and feelings. Themes may include reducing anxiety, low mood, letting go of anger, moon cycles, full relaxation, and much more. Suitable for all ages, including children.
