Yoga and crafts for young people aged 11 - 14 years.

Come and join us for a morning of Yoga and crafts.  Thanks to funding from the Hays Travel Foundation, we are able to run this workshop, which has been fully designed by the children in our Creative Minds Champions team, FREE of charge.

We will spend the morning engaging in some relaxing yoga, followed by creating our own vision boards.

The aim of this session is to help feel more connected to ourselves and others, while having the opportunity to guide and create the futures we hope for.
