We will be joined by the wonderful Lauren Osbourne, local artist and illistrator, and creator of Freddie the worry monster, to spend a morning learning how to draw our very own Freddie!
Followed by some mindfulness activities such as meditation, exploringanxieties, and special crystals to help with back to school worries.
