Have you experienced a challenging relationship with a family member? Are you a survivor of an unhealthy intimate relationship? Do you feel controlled by your partner/sibling/parent/colleague? Or are you not sure and something just doesn’t feel right?
Let’s talk about it! Come and join the lovely Julie at Creative Minds to meet other women with similar experiences, facilitated by women with lived experience. You can join us and just listen too! Whatever you need – Being heard and validated is a huge part of healing and having a safe space and safe people to talk to can help you feel less isolated.
