About
In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn about ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) and how it may impact children. We will explore ways you can support children at home, in school, and in social situations.
This is also a chance to meet other parents/carers/professionals in a similar position and make supportive connections with those in the community who may be experiencing similar situations.
The workshop is led by Rachel Cowey, a counsellor with a specialism in eating distress and eating disorders.
