Nostalgia serves a critical existential function by offering people a way to derive meaning from personally cherished experiences. Nostalgia has implications for autobiographical-related clinical therapies.


This workshop will explore the therapeutic value and benefits of nostalgia and invites participants to review their lives and experiences through a nostalgic lens.


6hrs CPD certificate of attendance will be awarded.
