About
The aim of this sessions is to help children understand and manage their emotions and to use the power of art and creativity to help process any unwanted thoughts and feelings. Â
In this workshop we will be using paint to free our imagination and find our sense of wellbeing in the present moment.
At the end of the workshop you will have some unique artworks to take away with you.
