About
A collaboration like no other. Nicola (Creative Minds) and Nicole (The Baby Guru) are joining forces to bring you the ultimate Expression Through Movement Event.
By combining Guided Drawing and The Power of 3, we aim to help individuals truly express and release emotions that are trapped in the body. Using a range of somatic techniques we will guide you through expressing and releasing your inner emotions.
First, we will engage in a session of Guided Drawing to identify any hidden emotions, trauma, anxieties etc. and express this using a range of art materials and specific movements on paper. Followed by a truly energising Power of 3 sessions to help process those emotions identified and release them from our bodies.
A day of expression through a range of different movement and somatic exercises that can truly help us heal and move past feelings of being stuck.
