About

This experiential workshop will explore the development of guilt and shame from a Transactional Analysis perspective.

We will focus on Ego State analysis and the development of script as contributing to a shame -based identity.  How to understand Ego State interaction and to dissolve the influence of script will be explored, with reference to helping clients become empowered to form more healthy intimate relationships with themselves and others.
