Our lovely Jess will deliver this 1 off Christmas Session. A 30 minute session, followed by 30 minutes mingling with others- Followed by refreshments in the cafe and a christmas gift!

About
Our baby yoga classes aim to offer a welcoming space to introduce gentle exercise and movement back into your routine.
The classes will include fun and enjoyable movement and games for your baby to help with both bonding and development while also helping you with your postnatal recovery through gentle movements. There will be roughly 30 minutes of baby Yoga and sensory activities and include extra time both sides for you to relax and mingle with other mams.
We always aim to go above and beyond to offer you the support you deserve, if you feel you may benefit from additional support such as 1:1 counselling please do not hesitate to get in touch.
