Our art for anxiety classes aim to help reduce anxiety and stress by using the power of creativity. Come along and join Nicola and Emily for an afternoon of crafting and see what you can create and discover about yourself. There will be refreshments and the oportunity to chat with like minded people who may be experiencing similar things to yourself.
