"Hi there, I’m Laura and I’m a counsellor in training at Creative Minds. I’m studying towards an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. This means I am trained to use many different tools and theories to tailor your sessions specifically to you. I will take the time to understand you and your unique circumstances to help you deal with your past, present and future, with you leading the way. I’m passionate about helping people who want to bring about change in their life but don’t know where to start.

By working together, I can help you to become ‘unstuck’ from your current situation and find new ways of moving forward with more confidence and less inner conflict. In my sessions I aim to provide a warm, supportive, empathetic and non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe to talk freely about whatever is on your mind."
