Join Laura and Debbie for a feel-good session designed to help young people connect with their happiest memories and create something beautiful to take home.
A gentle meditation will help us discover our own ‘happy place’. Then, we’ll craft our own memory lanterns – a glowing reminder of the good times that you can take home and light up whenever you need a boost of positivity or comfort.
