About
The aim of the workshop is to being women and young girls together to empower themselves and others. The session will encourage participants to think more mindfully by working with their senses and appreciating different aspects of nature. We encourage individual creativity by making a floral crown to represent our strengths and inner beliefs.
We will also combine mindful meditation, crystals, and essesntial oils to develop self confidence, creativity, and improve happiness, as well as providing a new skill.Â
It is hoped that by the end of the workshop, that participants will feel more positive, more relaxed and more empowered.
