Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund we will be running weekly workshops for children and young people, aged 6-25 years old, to help those who are experiencing difficultis during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This week we will be offering a small group therapy circle for up to 6 people aged 19-25 years old. Â The group will offer the space for those who attend to explore their emotions and difficulties, meet new people who may be experiencing similar situations, and be supported by counselling profesionals.
This is an informal get together and there is no pressure to talk. Â Sometimes, just being around others who are experiencing similar things can be enough.
